MPCALA Holdings Inc., concessionaire of the Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX) and a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, has engaged CM Pancho Construction, Inc. (CMPCI) to finalize the remaining works on the expressway. CMPCI will construct Subsection 2, spanning Governor’s Drive to Open Canal.
CALAX is a 45-kilometer toll road with operational segments at Laguna Technopark, Laguna Boulevard, Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road, Silang East, and the Silang Aguinaldo Interchange. This development advances the full completion of CALAX, aimed at strengthening regional connectivity and improving traffic flow between Cavite and Laguna.
